Apostle Barbara Campbell

Apostle Barbara Campbell is originally from Wilson, NC. She is anointed and appointed by God to teach and reach the masses. She has been preaching the gospel for over 30 years. She is a woman of strong faith and lives the life that she preaches about. She alongside her husband, the late Apostle Mintus Campbell Sr. founded Higher Elevation International Ministries in January 1999 in Goldsboro NC. The ministry was founded on the word of God and has a strong apostolic and prophetic teaching ministry. Apostle Mintus and Barbara birthed nine children that were destined for ministry. She realized after God called her and her husband into ministry that the ministry gifts were on their children as well. God used their family to start the ministry and to show God’s love in an unusual way. This love is what draws others to Higher Elevation Int. Ministries and in turn draws individuals back to Christ.

Apostle Barbara is a woman of strong faith. She walks in the gift of Faith. Whatever she sees in the spirit realm, she grabs it, and cultivates it until it manifests in the natural. God has used her in many ways to be a sign and a miracle, as he delivered her from near death experiences through his mighty healing power. He has also used her in the realm of supernatural money miracles, where there was absolutely no physical explanation of how the money showed up. Apostle Barbara called finances down from heaven and God showed up like only He can do. Her testimonies have caused people to be delivered and set free from sickness and the yoke of poverty.

 

After 17 years of ministry in the state of NC, God shifted Apostle Barbara and the ministry to the state of Georgia. God gave her a mandate to move to Atlanta Ga, to set up ministry in that area. Apostle Barbara was obedient to the call of God and moved the ministry. The ministry is planted in Douglasville Ga, and God has expanded the mindsets of those within the ministry. Apostle’s number one ministry is to call the lost, broken, destitute, and those that feel hopeless into the arms of safety which is Jesus Christ.

God has anointed Apostle Barbara for financial teaching, so she immediately empowers those in her midst to think beyond the four walls of the church and mediocrity. She gives them the tools needed to equip them to live their best life. She stands on the ministry’s base scripture.

Apostle Barbara has expanded her ministry beyond the US, as she has also traveled and ministered in Honduras. Her desire is to bring hope to those in poverty stricken countries that God can and will deliver you out of any situation. She is a vessel of honor and the anointing on her life speaks volumes

and her works for the Lord has not been in vain.
